FEREDAL LAW
"Transition of the Russian Federation to the Standard Time"
Article 1
In the territory of the Russian Federation, time calculation is carried out in accordance with the international system of Time Zones.
Article 2
In the territory of the Russian Federation, "Decree Time" is cancelled.
Article 3
In the territory of the Russian Federation, the use of "Summer Time" [DST] is prohibited.
Article 4
Timekeeping changes in the territory of the Russian Federation can be made only by making appropriate changes and additions to the current Federal Law.
Article 5
The Government of the Russian Federation is required to bring its regulations into compliance with this Federal Law .
Article 6
This Federal Law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.

ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН
"О переходе Российской Федерации к поясному времени"
Статья 1
На территории Российской Федерации исчисление времени осуществляется в соответствии с международной системой поясного времени.
Статья 2
На территории Российской Федерации действие "декретного" времени отменяется.
Статья 3
На территории Российской Федерации запрещается введение "летнего" времени.
Статья 4
Изменения времяисчисления в Российской Федерации производятся только путем внесения соответствующих изменений и дополнений в настоящий Федеральный закон.
Статья 5
Правительству Российской Федерации привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Федеральным законом.
Статья 6
Настоящий Федеральный закон вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования.
