Decided that the Palestinian government headed by Ismail Haniyeh, the start of work time in the winter of 2009, starting on Friday approved the fourth of September the current delay in the clock 60 minutes.
The Ramallah government also decided to start winter time on the morning of Friday, 4 September 2009.
